The National Hispanic Institute has been an integral part in creating a college and career going culture at Cotulla High School. The summer leadership conferences have supported students to become refined public speakers. The students learn about issues that affect our youth and they formulate ways to become productive citizens of society. The NHI Summers Leadership conferences are held at four-year universities to provide an opportunity for students to experience the college environment.
