🏆 REGION V • DIVISION III CHAMPIONS 🏆
The Cotulla Cowgirl Powerlifting Team brought 19 athletes to the Region V Division III Championship Meet and walked away with the 1st Place Team Title. With numerous lifters finishing in the Top 5 of their respective weight classes, the Cowgirls racked up the points needed to sweep past the competition and claim the regional championship.
This victory didn’t happen overnight. These young women have been grinding in the weight room since November—early mornings, late evenings, sore muscles, heavy bars, and the kind of determination that can’t be taught. They showed up, they fought for every pound on the platform, and they delivered when it mattered most.
Their effort, discipline, and heart carried them to the top of Region V. We are incredibly proud of these athletes and the work they’ve put into representing Cotulla with strength, grit, and pride.
