Cotulla High School proudly hosted the 61st Annual National Honor Society Induction Ceremony on Friday, May 15, recognizing students who exemplify the pillars of scholarship, leadership, service, and character.
During the ceremony, new members of the Los Jefes Chapter were officially inducted into the National Honor Society, while current junior members were recognized for completing one year of service and commissioned as the Class of 2027. Seniors from the Class of 2026 were also honored during a special hooding ceremony, celebrating their dedication, academic excellence, and service to the school and community.
The event also welcomed back CHS alumna Carolina Mercedes Ruiz as the guest speaker, where she shared words of encouragement with students as they continue their academic journeys. Family, staff, and community members gathered to celebrate the achievements of these students and the lasting tradition of excellence within the National Honor Society at CHS!
